Sobriety
Establishing a foundation of sobriety was crucial for me to learn to love myself and feel worthy of more in my life. This may not be the case for you, but if you have even the slightest inkling that you may be drinking too much or if you've ever wondered what life would be like without alcohol, I encourage you to give it a try.
Today, there are numerous sobriety resources available, and it's important to note that AA isn't the only path to sobriety. Personally, I've never tried AA, and I recognize that it has helped millions of people, so I'm not discouraging you from exploring that option. I simply want you to know that there are other paths as well. All of these approaches worked for me and led me to where I am today: sober, happy, and free.
How to get and stay sober.

Belle Robertson's no-nonsense approach to sobriety is funny, sarcastic, compassionate, and supportive. She strikes a wonderful balance between holding your hand and holding you accountable. Much of Belle's work is available for free, including daily sobriety support emails and the well-known 100-day no-drinking challenge. Belle's paid offerings include her fabulous book called 'Tired of Thinking About Drinking,' a 1:1 sober jumpstart program, a year-long sobriety support program that guides you through all your firsts, and a podcast covering a wide range of sobriety-related topics to support you on this journey

The Luckiest Club (TLC) was founded by Laura McKowen, one of the most popular authors in the realm of quitting drinking literature. To put it simply, she's amazing, and I highly recommend both of her books:
‘We Are the Luckiest: The Surprising Magic of a Sober Life.'
'Push Off from Here: Nine Essential Truths to Get You Through Sobriety (and Everything Else).'
TLC is a vibrant online sober community that provides support and connection through meetings, a book club, and a variety of engaging subgroups such as 'Parenting in Sobriety,' 'TLC Writes,' and more.
The Sober 90 program, offered a few times a year by TLC, is a focused 90-day sobriety program that delves into the core pillars of sobriety, as defined in Laura's book. It's ideal for individuals seeking extra support, community, and personal growth—recommended for both those working towards sobriety and those who are already sober!
